Checkout Problems ?

If your checkout has "failed" at the checkout/payment stage then this can be due to a number of reasons. However, often the case is that the BILLING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE CARD THAT YOU ARE USING TO PAY. If these addresses do not match then the transaction will fail.

If you are still having difficulties then we can help. Either send an email to us OR give us a call us with your order details and we will send you a PayPal invoice which you can use pay in the usual way. Your transaction will still be totally secure (with industry-standard 128-bit encryption) and we will also send an order confirmation to you via email.
