Our canvas prints are produced by a
process called “dye-sublimation”, which is vastly superior to the
“inkjet” or “giclee” style of printing. When a dye-sub print is
produced, the ink is fused to the fabric at up to 300 degrees
centigrade and we guarantee the canvas will never fade or crack.
Furthermore, we use heavy-woven, thick grade canvas. We are confident
you won’t buy a better quality canvas print anywhere else.
Our handpainted art created entirely
bespoke to order. Our expert artists paint by hand from a blank canvas
according the size required. When the painting is dry we frame the
canvas in gallery-wrap style (as shown to the right) before packing it
securely and sending it to you.
People often ask us what the difference
is between a print and painting. With a canvas print, the a digital
high resolution image is fused into the canvas weave and the surface of
the canvas is therefore very flat. In a painting, you will see the
thicknesses and textures of the paint on top of the canvas. No two
paintings will ever by 100% identical since they are created purely by
hand. To many people, a painting is a “luxury” item.
